Garden Club Volunteer & Youth Gardener Registration for June 2025 - June 2026 
All volunteers and families of youth garden club members are asked to complete this registration form. You will only be asked questions that are relevant to you. 
  • If you are registering multiple volunteers / youth club members, please complete this form multiple times, once per volunteer. 
  • Youth gardeners who plan to participate in the club during the 2025-26 school year are asked to complete this form prior to the first club meeting in September to be able to participate in the first meeting. 
  • Youth garden club registrations include $10 dues per student - details are given within the form.
