EVENT INFORMATIONThursday, August 23, 2018 11am to 9pm.
Art on Lincoln is being held in Downtown Fergus Falls on “main street” – Lincoln Avenue.
Art on Lincoln offers both fine and functional arts and crafts. Works must be original in concept and design and handmade by the artist, who is present at the show. This is a makers / producers only show.
If you are an INFORMATIONAL booth and plan on NOT selling anything, please fill out the application.
SET UP TIMERegistration/set-up – Thursday, August 23rd from 8-10 am, You are expected to be set up and ready to sell ½ hr before opening and not to close or tear down until after closing time, at 9pm.
It’s a long day, but we expect that the additional activities and concert in the street that evening will bring a nice sized crowd.
PAYMENT OPTIONSYou can elect to pay a booth fee up front, or pay 12% of your gross sales after intermission of the concert.
Booth fee for a 10x10 space is $50. A 10x20 space is $100.
Artist must provide all canopies, chairs, tables, displays, etc. No items will be provided by Art on Lincoln or any of its sponsors.

INSURANCE-OPTIONALEach exhibitor may provide a "Certificate of General Liability Insurance" with at least $500,000 coverage listing A Center for the Arts, Kaddatz Galleries, and Art on Lincoln as additional insureds. Certificates must be sent with the application or mailed and received prior to set up on August 23.
TAX FORMSAll exhibitors & food vendors must complete an IRS Operators Certificate of Compliance ST19 (available on the MNDept. of Revenue website at www.taxes.state.mn.us.)
The ST19 form must be returned with application to be eligible for Art on Lincoln.
Power is NOT available for artists.
We ask that all participants in our artisan market stay throughout the entire duration of the event. Sometimes, people need time to think about purchasing work. If you leave early, you risk losing sales.
