**Please help us rapidly and efficiently peer-review new research on COVID-19**

Scientists working directly on COVID-19 are focused on research and not necessarily available to meet the increasing demands of peer review during this pandemic.

We are a group of publishers and scholarly communications organizations working together to build a shared COVID-19 list of “rapid reviewers” from all career stages and disciplines, with suitable expertise and time to review COVID-19 submissions.

By joining this list you will be both committing to rapid peer review of COVID-19 submissions (target: within 5 days), and agreeing that any reviews you perform are transferable to other journals and publishers in this network, should a submission get re-routed for any reason. Note that your identity as a reviewer will always be shared between publishers, and that a receiving journal's policy on reviewer anonymity to authors may be different to the original journal's policy.

To volunteer to be a rapid reviewer, please fill in the form below.

Please note:
- This list is accessible to all the publishers in this network, as may be amended
- The receiving publishing participants warrant that they will apply their then-operative privacy and compliance standards to the information received pursuant to this initiative. You can request to be removed from this list at any time
- While we value openness, this list is only available to participating publishers.
- When registering, it is crucial that you are clear about your areas of expertise.
- We seek reviewers from all career stages, in all disciplines, from the life and biomedical sciences, to computer science, public health, to social science.
- Your expertise may be focused on methods, statistics, modelling or clinical trial expertise that is relevant but not exclusive to COVID-19. This is to reduce the pressure on the smaller core of expert reviewers with specific COVID-19 experience.
- Completing this form does not guarantee you will receive, or compel you to accept, a review request, but where you do accept a request, it reflects a commitment by you to provide the review within a time-frame set forth in the form.

This list will be hosted, used and maintained by Copyright Clearance Center on behalf of publishing participants and for expedited peer review efforts. Your details will be shared with publishing participants for the purpose of aiding in the rapid review COVID-19 submissions. To update, change or delete your information from this list at any time, please email rapidreview@pubget.com.

The group has also published this open letter and call to action https://oaspa.org/covid-19-publishers-open-letter-of-intent-rapid-review/ -- please read this and consider all the potential ways to better tackle this pandemic through reviewing activity.
