This form allows for Parents/Guardians to review the status of their Student's Attendance for Credit (AFC). The required hours are based on the number of absences a Student has in a given class period per semester. Once you complete the form, a link will be provided for you to check if your Student owes any hours. The link will be updated weekly, by Wednesday morning.
