Aloha Parents/Guardians of Incoming Kindergarteners,

We welcome you to our Koko Head Elementary School `Ohana!  

You are receiving access to this survey because your child has registered for Kindergarten at Koko Head Elementary School for the upcoming school year.  Over the next few weeks our office staff will be reaching out to you to provide your family with information to prepare for your child’s orientation to our school including your child’s August schedule.

We are pleased to announce that this summer our school is offering a free program next month for a limited number of our incoming Kindergarteners to support the transition to our school.  Priority will be given to students who are currently not enrolled in any programs this summer and students who did not attend preschool.

The program will be taught by Ms. Nakagawa, one of our Kindergarten teachers.  We will also have Ms. Hill, a teacher's assistant to support the class.

Summer Start Kindergarten Transition Program
Program Dates: Wednesday, July 6 - Friday, July 22 (13 days of in-person instruction)

Time: 8:00AM-12:00PM
(Please have students eat a healthy breakfast at home and provide a snack.  No breakfast or lunch service is available for this program at the school.)

Cost: Free

Eligibility: Students registered as Kindergartners at Koko Head Elementary School.  Priority registration will be given to students who are currently not enrolled in any programs this summer and students who did not attend preschool.
