About World BEYOND War

World BEYOND War is an organization that aims to create a global movement to abolish the institution of war itself – not limited to any particular group or war. It seeks to take war off the table as a viable option, replacing it with a global security system that is supported by international law, diplomacy, collaboration, and human rights – and defending these ideals with non-violent action, rather than the threat of violence.

World BEYOND War is an equal opportunity employer. We encourage individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences to apply.

Agreement Modifications: If circumstances change during the semester, a reduction in hours can be arranged. Should the student find that the agreed upon expectations require more than a 10-hour weekly commitment, adjustments to the description can be made in conversation with the Chapter Coordinators. World BEYOND War encourages students to monitor workloads, seek help with time management and notify the WBW Chapter Coordinators for additional support. We want students to feel energized and empowered by their organizing work.
