1. How do the sessions work? How do I log in?
You will be send a log-in link to the day's live thematic sessions each morning of the event, along with a detailed description of how to log in and get set up. We recommend to use Google Chrome or Firefox as browsers. The live sessions are web-based and you do not need any special software. A microphone and headphones will be useful.
2. How can I be sure what time "Dublin time" is in my time zone?

No, it is enough to register once, and you will be sent the links every morning around 11am Dublin time during the days of the event, 25-29 May 2020. You need to be registered by 10am Dublin time on the day of the session to receive this email.
4. I missed a session. Will the sessions be available to view afterwards?
Yes, we plan to record the sessions and make them available on the DGS website afterwards (however this may take at least 24 hours).
5. I registered but have not received an email.
Make sure that the emails from dgs.submission [at] gmail [dot] com do not land in your spam folder. Make sure your email has been spelled right. You can try to register again. We will update our mailing list every morning at 10am.
6. I really miss the dinners and pub sessions and social aspects of the Dublin Gastronomy Symposium!
