As part of WILU 2025, we’re offering a selection of excursions and events to make your conference experience even more exciting! Space is limited, and spots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate your interest in the options below.

You’ll receive an email confirming whether you’ve secured a spot closer to the date. If an event fills up, we’ll add you to the waitlist and notify you if a space opens before the conference begins.

If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone else!
