If you would like to be contacted for our next round of Spring preschool screenings, please leave your information below.  This list is monitored year round, feel free to leave questions in the comments box.  Someone will respond to you as soon as possible.
This preschool screening
may qualify your child for an opening in our Preschool For All or Head Start program located at Bonfield Grade School.  Please know the programs are grant funded and therefore, we have a limited number of preschool openings.  We always ask that parents have an alternate plan for preschool / daycare in case their child is not offered an opening.  For more preschool screening and program information, please click

Ages:  children who will turn 3- or 4-years old, on or before September 1st are eligible for preschool screenings. If your child is turning 5-years old on or before September 1st, they qualify to start Kindergarten and are not eligible for preschool.  Please watch the district website for the Kindergarten orientation, "Blast Off to Kindergarten" held in the Spring.
During the preschool screening, speech/language, motor skills, preschool concepts and vision / hearing are evaluated.  The information is then shared with the parent.  This is a good opportunity for parents to learn how their child is developing.
State Requirement:  all families must submit their household proof of income and child's birth certificate prior to preschool screening.  Failure to meet the state requirement will result in suspension of your child's screening results and eligibility.
If you are new to the area and your preschooler has special education services or private therapies, please email Melissa DeLong, Admin Assistant,
