Instructions & Important Info
• If you are requesting a video conference or phone call, please submit this form at least 2 weeks in advance.

We offer many different ways for both youth and adults to learn about the Highest Awards process and guidelines. None of them are required, and we provide several different options as a way to meet different learning styles, schedules and needs of various participants.

Please keep in mind that you can always find a wealth of resources about each one of the Highest Awards in the Forms section of the Girl Scouts of Western Washington website or by clicking the following link: https://goo.gl/WdpU9E

We also have two online modules about the Highest Awards--one that covers basic guidelines for all three awards (Bronze, Silver, and Gold), and one specifically about the roles & responsibilities involved in the Gold Award process.

You can view all of the Highest Awards Online Modules by clicking the following link and scrolling down to the bottom:

Group Information
Expected Participant Attendance: *
The minimum for Silver Award 101 & the Gold Award Workshop is 10 youth, and the maximum is typically 25. You can still request a workshop if your group has fewer youth than the minimum. In order to provide programming to as many Girl Scouts as possible, all workshops are open registration, which means Girl Scouts outside your troop can register too. This helps us meet minimum requirements. If you are pretty certain that your Service Unit will max out the event (with 25 participants), we can discuss limiting registration within your Service Unit.

Schedule A Date & Time
Please fill out the following three sections based on your availability and the best times that would work for you.
Our in-person workshops run for 3 hours and require the facilitator to have access to the space 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the event for setup and cleanup. Please be sure to reserve a 4 hour time block when procuring a site, and confirm that you can be present for the entire time or ensure the facilitator's unassisted entry and departure.

Would You Prefer to Meet at a Girl Scouts Location?
You can request having your workshop at one of these locations and we will check if the space is available.
Thank You!
You will receive a response to your request within 5-10 business days. Workshops will be approved on a rolling basis as facilitators' availabilities allow. In some cases, preference will be given to workshop requests that help us meet the needs of locations and populations who are otherwise under-served by Girl Scouts of Western Washington Highest Awards programs.
