Thank you so much for applying to be a volunteer (Garden Gnomie) at The Strawberry Moon Garden Party 2025.  Each year, we groove together to create a one-of-a-kind celebration bursting with color, creativity, and soul. From musicians and performers to artists, makers, and free spirits, it’s your unique spark that lights up this retro wonderland. We couldn’t make the magic happen without you!

We are looking for volunteers to fill the following positions:

• Grounds
• Responsibilities Include: trash duty, cleaning up, monitoring various areas, general maintenance, helping with equipment and relieving other volunteers for breaks

• Parking

• Responsibilities Include: Welcoming all parties, directing all cars and RVs to appropriate camping and parking spots

• Gate & Checkpoints

• Responsibilities Include: Checking paid list OR assisting in ticket purchase, fielding questions, greeting, communication and organizational skills a must

• Stage Hands 

• Responsibilities Include: Assisting bands and crew with moving heavy equipment on and off the stage, supporting musicians and production crew with coordinating and facilitating stage sets 

• Set Up / Clean Up Crew (early arrival or late departure required)

Volunteer positions include: early entry & late departure, 4 day pass with camping and parking, staff meals and the chance to be part of the Garden Gnomie's.

Volunteers are required to commit to 3 shifts.
