Note that it is the responsibility of the participating parent/guardian to provide transportation, as needed, for mentor meetings, orientations, testing sessions, and evening program events. All online students are required to have their own email. Do not complete this enrollment form until a student email has been established or it will be returned. If preferred, you may see your home building for an AAPS generated student email account. Contact the A2Virtual+ Office with questions.
Filling out this form is the first step in the process. A completed version of this application will be sent to the student and parent email addresses listed in the application directly after submitting. Please print the email attachment, review the information in the form in its entirety, and then both parent and student need to sign it. Next, submit the signed form to your counselor/school administrator for review and signature. Lastly, the form needs to be returned to the A2Virtual+ office before the student will be officially enrolled in the course. The completed and signed form can be returned by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or brought to the BALAS Administration Building (2555 S. State St.).
Pay attention to the start and drop/add dates for the term you are enrolling. The dates can be found on our webpage under current students:calendar. It is best that students enroll prior to the first day of the term. Students who enroll after the first day of the term will narrow and/or eliminate their option to drop the course. The deadline for dropping a course is not extended due to students enrolling on one of the last days of the drop period. Be certain that you want and will complete the course if you are enrolling late.
