Please fill out and submit this form every time you perform a service to our club.
Please record your time in increments of 30 minutes using numbers (i.e. 2.5 hrs). We ask that each membership family contribute a minimum of 8 hours of service annually to our volunteer-run club.
Volunteering may include (but is not limited to):Scheduled work parties
Emergency repairs
Project planning
Participant of Committee meetings
Clerical/Administrative tasks
Assisting at CMDTRA sponsored events such as monthly potluck, NATRC, Crab Feed, etc.
What hours NOT to list:
Board of Director Meeting attendance (Directors' attendance is tracked separately and does count toward service)
Event attendance (as participant)
Personal projects
NOTE: If you are entering hours for others as the leader of an event, please enter each member on separate forms AND confirm with participants that you will take care of this to avoid duplicating entries.
