***Management (Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, Manager)*** – Applicants must have previous management experience and a strict but personable management style, with a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate can recruit, train, and supervise a team of 5-6 people per shift, with total staff of about 40 people. Ability to enforce the Baby Jack’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is a must. The position currently requires only a minimal amount of administrative duties, such as scheduling, food cost and labor cost management, POS systems, and review of P&L’s. The goal is for the management team to be laser focused on people management and devote as much time as possible to training, training, training!
