Course Reserves request form
Please use this form to request that an item be placed on reserve for your course. You may also use this form to request that an existing course be reactivated online.
Once we receive this form, the requested material will be placed behind the circulation desk. Items on reserve can be borrowed for 4 hours at a time and is for library use only (exceptions may be made for faculty by contacting a faculty librarian). Please refer to the Course Reserves policy at the following URL:

The item title will be added to the corresponding online Course Reserves guide. The Course Reserves guide reflects classes that are being currently taught. Requests for Course Reserves must be made each term.
