Try building a time machine and setting the date before the 10th September 2017 to register. Alternatively, send a grovelling e-mail to cpalmer@access.ac.za explaining why we should accept you and preferably offering a bribe.

NB. In case anyone missed the the humor, the bit about a bribe is a joke. We do not take bribes under any circumstance. Is that OK legal people? Ok good.
