2021 ORATE Award Application
Thank you for your interest in the second annual Oregon Association of Teacher Educators (ORATE) Award for travel to the annual Association of Teacher Educators (ATE) Conference. The 2021 ORATE Award will be given to one recipient to aid with conference expenses for the national ATE conference, which will online from February 13 - 17, 2021. Information on the conference can be found here: https://ate1.org/page-18499. The award recipient will be publicly recognized at the 2021 ORATE conference, will receive a recognition award, and will receive an award of $1,000, which will be promptly reimbursed with valid receipt of conference expenses. * Note. Due to the online nature of the ATE conference, the ORATE Award can be applied to registration for attendance at the virtual conference, and additional funds may be applied to professional development purchases by the Awardee.

Eligible applicants must be either a current graduate student in a Master's or Doctoral program focused on Education or an education practitioner who supports preservice or inservice teachers.

The ORATE Award winner will be notified by December 31, 2020 and will be recognized at the annual ORATE conference on February 19, 2021.
