2019 Pitch Design Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in our Pitch Design Training Program. The Pitch Design Program incorporates the latest technology to help pitchers learn more about their arm mechanics (using the Motus Sleeve) and the way each pitch spins, the axis of the ball, and the break of the ball (using the Rapsodo). This program last 4 weeks and each class is two hours (30 minute warm up, 30 minute bullpen, 60 minute recovery and strength training).

Once you complete the form and select your personalized training options, we will send you an email with an invoice attached outlining the training options you selected. Please place a deposit of $100.00 within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Full payment is due by January 1st, 2019. Classes begin Tuesday, January 22nd.

For players who participate in pitch design 2 days per week, please choose Tuesday-Saturday or Tuesday-Sunday. Throwing on Saturday and Sunday is not an option to to a lack of rest time between pitching.

The Pitch Design program will use the equipment listed below. If you would like to purchase any of the equipment below to use on your own or after the program ends, please select all that apply. We recommend all pitchers own a set of plyoballs and a J-Band.

Facility Membership Opportunity
While throwing classes are offered once, twice, or three times per week, athletes will see the best outcomes from the program if they follow is exactly as written, which suggests the players be working on either a skill, strength exercise, or arm recovery 6 days per week. In order to provide players the opportunity to complete the program, Velocity Sports is offering monthly memberships for $49.00 per month. As a member, athletes receive 24/7 access to the Velocity Sports facility to lift, throw, hit, and to complete the requirements of the throwing program outside the scheduled classes.
