Payment policy
We collect 50% of the total (including the refundable Damage/Security Fee) up front to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% is due 45 days prior to your event date.
If second payment is not submitted on time, you will lose your reservation and the first 50% payment.

(Optional) Reservation holders wanting to utilize the media package (sound system, TV screens, and microphone) will be asked to pay an additional $250
Cancelation policy
We understand that cancellations are sometimes needed.
Cancellations made 45 days prior will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 44 days prior will receive 50% of the rental fee, and full damage deposit.
Cancellations made 15 days prior will receive 25% of the rental fee, and full damage deposit.
Cancellations made 14 days or less will only receive the damage deposit.

Curate Studio LLC will collect a $400 damage fee at time of booking.

If reservation is canceled
If Curate Studio LLC is left in proper condition after completion of rental. Event trash is properly disposed and placed in the dumpster. Any property of Curate Studio is not missing or damaged. Checkout instructions were followed properly. Checkout completed on time.

This is a package set for up to 75 people
Cleaning, Trash and Equipment Removal
Curate Studio LLC will be in a clean condition prior to your event. Upon additional planning with Curate Studio LLC, you will need to incorporate your set-up time and clean up time into the rental agreement, you are required to return the space to the same clean condition in which it was found. All trash must be collected, properly bagged and removed by the Reservation holders.
Site Decoration
Curate Studio LLC wants to make every event here a special and welcome experience. Therefore every effort will be made to allow Reservation holders to prepare decorations reflecting their creative requirements.
NO nails, screws, staples, tape, command strips, or penetrating items should be used on our walls please.
Use of confetti, smoke/sparkler machines, and open flame candles are not permitted.

What's Not Included:
We ask our reservation holder to provide hot/cold drinks and cups.
We also ask our reservation holder to remove any garbage after the event is over, and place it in the dumpster.
City, County, State and Federal Laws
Reservation holders agree to comply with all applicable city, county, State, and Federal laws and shall conduct no illegal act on the premises. This is a drug free and non-smoking facility at all times, NO EXCEPTIONS. Reservation holders shall not sell alcohol on premises at any time. Reservation holders agree, for everyone’s safety, to ensure alcoholic beverages are consumed in a responsible manner. Curate Studio LLC reserves the right, in its exclusive discretion, to expel anyone who in its judgment is intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who shall in any manner do or participate in any act jeopardizing the rights, use permit, or insurability of Curate Studio LLC or the safety of its staff, guests, or building contents.
Curate Studio LLC is a smoke-free facility. In addition, open-flames will NOT be permissible (candles, etc)
Damages and security deposit
Reservation holders are responsible for any damages to Curate Studio LLC and property that may have been caused by the Reservation holders and/or the Reservation holders' guests and vendors. The Reservation holder is ultimately responsible for any damage incurred. The Reservation holder is within his/her rights to seek redress for damage charges caused by Reservation holders’s guests and vendors. Curate Studio LLC will not involve itself in these efforts.
Reservation holders are responsible for a Damage & Security Deposit based on the number of guests attending the Event.
The Curate Studio LLC Manager will use reasonable best efforts to report any damages or loss of property to the Reservation holders on the day of the event, however, some things may not be noticed until after the event ends. Curate Studio LLC reserves the right to make a thorough
inspection of the property and identify/assess damages prior to the next scheduled event or within ten (10) business days of the event whichever is shorter.
If damage has occurred, Curate Studio LLC will provide an itemized list to the Reservation holders and Curate Studio LLC will charge the damage amount to the Reservation holders’ credit card that was held on file for such purpose. Note, Curate Studio LLC staff will make reasonable best efforts to repair damage charging only for labor. Should, however, the damage be extensive, Reservation holders will be responsible for replacement costs.
Liability
Curate Studio LLC shall not be liable for any damage or injury to guests in attendance however so caused, nor shall Curate Studio LLC be responsible for any accident to the guest in attendance and Reservation holders agrees they will not hold Curate Studio LLC liable in any way, whether such accident occurs on common ground or any part of the facility and parking areas. Curate Studio LLC is not responsible for any damage, spoilage, or loss of items that are part of the Reservation holders' party or event.
