This is NOT a formal booking system. Bears using this form will enjoy some sort of preference when arriving to the venue. However, this is mainly a way to help some partners to adapt their venues to your demand, so everyone can be taken care of faster.
For the same reason, it is not necessary to formally cancel your booking if you change your mind.
NOT all venues on the programme accept this kind of bookings. If you cannot find your favourite event below, we can only advise to arrive early.

If your event is marked as [WAITLIST], you may not enjoy the same preference than earlier bookings. Even then, please fill the form so venues can consider appropiate measures to accommodate you.
