Catersource + The Special Event: Call for Showcasing Sponsors!
Each year Catersource + The Special Event spotlight the products, ideas, suppliers, entertainment and more to our event industry professionals who travel the world producing events for large corporations, associations, social events & weddings, philanthropic institutions, and more. The Show will bring thousands of high caliber, decision-making professionals in the industry to Fort Lauderdale in 2025, and provide the opportunity to meet the best suppliers and providers in the industry.

Being a Showcasing Event barter sponsor means that you get to put your products and services on display to our attendees. The main purpose of the Showcasing Events is to provide show attendees with an experiential learning opportunity where they can see new event trends, ideas and design in action - so you don't want to miss this opportunity.

On top of the onsite brand promotion, we offer many benefits to our barter sponsors, based on the retail value of the products & services being provided.

Note - submission does NOT guarantee selection for showcasing. Selection to showcase within our Showcasing Events based on the needs for their events. Should there be a need determined that we think you can help with, someone will be in touch to discuss more.
