This is for residents of Carey Exempted Village Schools only.

If you live in another district and are considering open enrolling to Carey Schools, please contact Mrs. Lesa Hyatt at 419-396-7922. She will provide you with the required open-enrollment application. You may also download the application from our website. Please note the OE window does not open until May 1st.

All prospective kindergarten students must be FIVE years old by August 1, 2021. You will need to bring with you the following items: birth certificate (not a mother's/hospital certificate), social security card, and immunization records. Custody papers if applicable.

Kindergarten Screening will be held on Thursday, April 22nd and Friday, April 23rd at Carey Schools, 2016 Blue Devil Drive. Sessions will start at 8:30, 10:00, 12:00, 1:30. Please select one of our screening dates and you will be assigned a time. Parking will be available in the main lot (North side). We ask that you enter through
Door #1. Screening will be held in the auxiliary gym and all attending must wear a mask.

We are asking that all parents please register on Final Forms prior to their scheduled appointment. To do so please go to www.careyschools.org and click on the Final Forms link and be sure to select the 2021-2022 School Year. With using Final Forms ALL Parents MUST have a valid e-mail address as paper forms are not an option.
