This program stream continues until Feb 28, 2027 (at which point all work placements must be completed).

Please fill out this form for each participating employee you would like to enroll in the training stream and work experience placement for "Tradespeople transitioning to VDC"

This course will prepare tradespeople who have existing experience in the skilled trades for a transition to Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) roles.

Subsidies up to $20,000 per participant are available to reimburse employers for wages paid and other expenses for a work experience placement after coursework is completed.

Participants will complete asynchronous online training modules through the ImaginIT ProductivityNOW platform (log-in provided upon registration and approval), approximately 10-15 hours.
