Yes, SET-UP the day before (SATURDAY, the 5th) - tents, chairs, sign-making, etc - starting at noon
Yes, with SET-UP the DAY OF (SUNDAY, the 6th) starting at 8am
Yes, with CLEAN UP the DAY OF; staying after the event: washing dishes, sweeping floors, cleaning tables, etc.
Yes, I can CLEAN UP the DAY AFTER the event (Mondays are busy harvest days, any help is appreciated - even taking some trash if you have have a means of disposing, or returning items we've borrowed for the event)
YES, I can bring First Aid supplies and be on-call for first aid situations
YES, I can coordinate a kids or farm game - i.e. potato sack race, face painting, collecting "farm souvenirs" in a treasure bag
I want to oversee a bonfire - from start to finish, making sure it is kid-friendly (possibly, about 4:30pm)
Yes - on the DAY OF with sign-in, name tags, and collecting donations, etc.
