2020 SUPER States - Student Signup Form
You're invited to be part of the Bay Area Chess team at the largest chess event in the West!
Please provide your child's information so that Coaches & BAC team can register him/her for the SUPER States.

Games on either day are from 9am to 6pm with plenty of breaks. If you have other obligations please let us know (in the next question) because we can get the student a "draw" for up to 2 unplayed games! Single day is $53, two days are $69-79 depending on the students' level.

This is a beta program limited to first 25 children. The cost will be around $40-50 plus ($7-8 for lunch) per day. Drop off 8:30am and then attend awards at 5:30pm.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
