2019-2020 ACES Student-Parent Advisory Council - PARENT APPLICATION
The mission of this group is to serve as an advisory council to the institutions by representing the needs of the students, parents and families in the ACES program and promoting awareness within the community at large. This may include any needed improvements in the ACES program as well as implications of growth and expansion and other significant issues that may arise.

Please complete the application below for consideration in the 2019-2020 ACES Student-Parent Council.

Parent Criteria:
*Have a least one child enrolled in the ACES program that has active status and a minimum of 80% participation in the program.
