Vacation Bible School Registration & Photo Consent Forms
VBS is for Bible Tabernacle Children and their Friends, ages 3 - 10

August 16th from 9am to 3pm (ONE DAY/FUN DAY)
Please register by Sunday, August 10th

Please plan to bring children in their swim suits with a change of clothes in a bag/backpack, as we are planning on water activities during the day including a Water Slide (fully staffed with responsible adults and teenage helpers).

During the VBS event, Bible Tabernacle and its representatives will be taking photographs and/or video recordings primarily for use in a slideshow to be shared at a later date. I understand that these photographs and/or video recordings may be used for the following purposes:

  • Displaying and sharing on the official website.

  • Sharing on Bible Tabernacle’s closed Facebook group.

  • Use in a presentation for the VBS program.
