All course fees are payable in prior to attending course unless arrangements have been made. We regret that no refunds are given for cancellations of the course or for non-attendance. Substitutes learners may, however, be made by arranging prior to attending the course. MCTC reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course. Should a course be cancelled, an alternative course date will be arranged. If attendance is not possible on the alternative dates, any fees paid will be returned in full. MCTC will issue certificates for completion. The onus is upon the learner to undertake relevant online exams where applicable for competency certification. *
