IB Registration - May 2019 Exam Session
Registration Information
This is the online registration form for the May 2019 Newbury Park International Baccalaureate Programme. Please fill this out ONLY if you are planning on taking IB tests during Spring 2019. Note that your responses to the questions below are required by all IB schools testing in the US. We understand that some of the choices (e.g. race, legal gender) are quite limiting and ask that you please fill in this form as accurately as possible.

To complete your IB registration, follow the two steps listed below:

1. REGISTER FOR TESTS: Complete and submit this online form.

2. MAKE A PAYMENT: Pay the registration and exam fees through the NPHS Student Store.

The cost of taking IB exams is $305 for the first exam you take each year. Each additional exam is charged at a rate of $125 per exam. The first exam costs more because the initial exam fee includes registration costs, certificates, and score reports for universities. You can make your payment in person (by check) at the student store, or online at https://newburypark.revtrak.net/IB-Tests/#/list .

There are a couple of options for those in need of financial assistance. First, applications for monthly payment plans (to by paid by check or cash only) are available this year (applications due October 19). Second, CVUSD will provide a limited number of need-based scholarships for IB testing this year. To obtain an application for a payment plan or for a need-based scholarship, email Mrs. Dogancay at ddogancay@conejousd.org or stop by room E-1 for an application (due October 15).

The final deadline for IB registration and payment is FRIDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2018.

After this form has been submitted, any changes to your IB registration must be approved in person by Mrs. Dogancay on or before October 26. A copy of your responses will be sent to the email address that you list as your "Student Email" below, upon completion of the form.
