To purchase an item in inventory, complete the form below.  If inquiring about multiple items, please fill out a separate form for each item.  You will be notified by the Gear Mart coordinator if the item is still available and when it can be picked up.  You must pay for the item before claiming it.

In the event of financial need, some items in the Gear Mart may be available to you at no charge.  Please contact the Gear Mart coordinator if this is the case.
