Round 1: I'm trying to nail down what options would be most attractive to people wanting to buy this book. The book describes start-to-finish and beyond how I have run projects for years. My goal is to teach how I have been able to step into multiple teams and succeed without everyone needing to know complex services methodologies. I cover everything from understanding business needs to deployment and documentation. It's about 60,000 words (roughly 200 pages) and represents what I've learned over 20 years of IT Services both as part of teams and Consulting.
