Set up will be on April 1-2. The Members-Only Preview and Reception is scheduled for Tuesday, April 2, (4 pm – 8 pm).
We will pack up on Sunday, April 7, after the sale has ended.
On Monday, April 8, we will move the remaining books and equipment out of the venue.
Below is the list of the volunteer positions and shifts.
When selecting your desired shift(s), please keep in mind that we will need you to still work your normal volunteer shift at the Bookstores or the Book Donation Center. During the book sales, we often see an increase in book donations—so book sorting is just as important during the sale as it is before the sale.
