Contractor proposes and agrees to teach the following class:

Art After School sessions are 2 hour classes, once per week for 4 weeks.
Elementary school students grades 2-5, Middle school students grades 6-8.
4 minimum to 15 students maximum per session.
Tuition is $48 per 4-week session, includes materials.

ALL Tuition checks must be written to: SANTA CRUZ MOUNTAINS ART CENTER / SCMAC. THE ART CENTER agrees to pay the Teaching Assistant CONTRACTOR $16.50 per hour. It is further acknowledged by the CONTRACTOR that the Art Center and its officers, members, employees and agents, accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any injury, loss or damage to teacher's person, equipment or art work.
I acknowledge it is my responsibility to leave the teaching facility clean and orderly after each teaching session.
