Operating remotely, Hotline Angels answer calls on our 24/7 hotline as part of a coordinated schedule that ensures no call goes unanswered—day or night. Volunteers are thoroughly trained to listen with empathy, provide accurate information, and connect callers with the right resources. You may hear from mothers in need, caregivers seeking support, or even individuals interested in donating or volunteering.


Requirements:

  • A heart to serve and a calm, compassionate presence 
  • Reliable phone access and ability to work remotely 
  • Completion of specialized training 
  • Background check 
  • Safe Environment certification
