ARTS FIRST Performance Fair Application 2019

On Saturday May 4, 2019, 1-5pm, the Performance Fair will take over multiple venues on Harvard's campus. Apply here to participate in this major event celebrating the arts at Harvard!

NOTE:
• All applicants must be available 1-5pm Saturday May 4. If there are potential conflicts due to involvement in multiple performance groups, please note below.
• Performance sites and times will be assigned by the festival staff.

• The Performance Fair will be Saturday, May 4, 1-5pm.

• CANCELLATION POLICY
By submitting this form, your event will be listed in the ARTS FIRST 2019 Guide and website. We will distribute 10,000+ copies, publicizing your event. Consequently, event cancellations are not advisable. If your group MUST cancel, you are required to notify the Office for the Arts no less than two weeks before the event or future participation may be jeopardized.

• Performance sites and times will be assigned by the festival staff.
