Fill out the form below to be considered as a vendor at Yarnival V (October 16-18, 2025 at Pop's Farm, 675 Hobson Road, Axton, VA). Please note the following info:
VENDING FEES:
- Full Meal Vendors - $350
- Specialty Food - typically $250 depending on what you sell (includes 2 tickets for your vending staff)
- Arts & Crafts - $200 (includes 2 tickets for your vending staff)
- Healing Arts - $200 (includes 2 tickets for your vending staff)
- Nonprofit Vendors - Free (includes 2 tickets for your vending staff)
OTHER FEES & SUCH:
All vendors are responsible for purchasing or having valid
Henry County VA Peddler's Permit and paying local sales taxes. Food vendors must pay for their
Health Dept. Permit. Vendors are required to carry insurance and name Rooster Walk Inc.,
Axland, LLC, and Jacob Frith II as additional insured.
FOOD VENDORS:
All food vendors are required to meet fire safety laws of Virginia when it comes to cooking food, including certified fire retardant tents and/or having a fire suppression system inside their food truck or food trailer. Food vendors are also required to use compostable serving ware (plates/napkins/utensils etc).
