Bronx Children's Museum Group Visits Inquiry Form
Thank you for your interest in group visits at the Bronx Children's Museum! Group visits grant daycares, childcare centers, afterschool programs, and other organized groups entry to the Museum during open days with up to 20 participants. These visits are self guided and include access to active exhibit space where children and their chaperones can play, learn, and connect with the wider Bronx and its natural and cultural resources through STEAM-based art, dramatic role-play, and scientific exploration. Please note that a Group Visit is NOT a field trip, for field trips please fill out the Field Trip Inquiry form located on our website here

Pricing for Group Visits: 
  • Tickets are $8 per child (ages 0 - 17)* and $14 per adult, up to 20 guests total. For parties larger than 20 guests, please fill out our field trip inquiry form located here.
  • Standard admission discounts do not apply to group visits.
  • Groups will be charged for the number of people reserved upon booking.
  • If the number of people on the day of the group visit exceeds the total included in the original reservation, an additional cost per person will be applied.  
  • An added fee of $25 will be added to cover processing costs.
Steps to Book a Group Visit:
  1. Submit this form with your group's information and preferred dates. 
  2. Submit your organization's Certificate of Liability Insurance for approval. 
  3. BxCM Visitor Services personnel will get back to you regarding the Museum's availability to accommodate your visit. 
  4. A 50% non-refundable deposit made by credit card via CC Authorization Form is required in order to confirm a spot for your group. 
  5. The payment of your remaining balance of your invoice must be received by one week prior to the group visit.
  6. The minimum headcount commitment must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the group visit. 
Your visit is official only after you receive confirmation from BxCM Visitor Services personnel and your deposit has been paid.
Rescheduling or Canceling Your Visit:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your visit to the Museum within 24 hours of your visit, you will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.
