Thank you for your interest in becoming a HOPE Counselor for Camp HOPE America-Arkansas.  You have the amazing opportunity to become a very significant part of a child's life and make a life-changing impact.  We take the process of finding counselors very seriously because we deeply care about our participants and the kind of guidance and love that they receive during their week of camp.  We look forward to learning more about you to see if you might be a good fit for our mission and vision of changing the destinies of children exposed to family violence.  

As a counselor, you will facilitate booklet time and discussions.  Counselors handle the initial interventions related to behavioral issues.  You will play a vital role in celebrating campers and urging them towards a brighter future.  

When you commit to this role, it doesn't stop with just one week.  Our kids will develop a relationship with you.  So will we!  With that said, we will have year-round activities that you will be invited back to so that we can continue to demonstrate health relationships with our kids.
