Make-up meetings/activities can be any time two weeks prior or two weeks after the missed meeting.
Make-up notifications must be turned in to Sergeant at Arms within four weeks of missed meeting.
There is a maximum of three qualifying make-up meeting credits allowed per quarter.

For questions on the status of your Make Up, email the Sergeant at Arms or Treasurer. Allow two weeks for processing.
