St. Clare Parish School of Religion (PSR) Registration 2018-19
Please complete this form to register your child(ren) for St. Clare Parish School of Religion (PSR) for school year 2018-19 by Aug. 12.

PSR families must be registered, contributing and participating members of St. Clare Parish. A child must have regularly attended a PSR class or a Catholic school for one year before being accepted into a sacramental preparation program. The fee is $65 for the first child and $55 for an additional child in a family, if registered and paid by Aug. 12, 2018.  The registration fee for the third and fourth student a family enrolls in the PSR program is $40 each. The fee increases to $90 for each child registered after Aug. 12. Please contact Jane Dotson for payment arrangements or fee waivers.
