First and foremost, we sincerely apologize if our product did not meet your expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and this form is designed to ensure a seamless process for all return and exchange requests. We appreciate your patience and trust as we work to resolve your concerns.

At D'NOIR we allow return for any perfume you are unsatisfied with.

 Please note the following:

• Processing Time: Requests may take 5-6 working days to be processed.
• Return & Exchange Window: Eligible within 3 days of purchase.
• Product Condition: Perfumes must have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.
  
  

  If the cellophane or box is missing, or if the packaging is damaged beyond its original condition when sent to you, a  fee may apply.

  For perfumes, a minor charge is applicable if up to 10% of the product has been used. However, no charges will be applied for negligible usage. If more than 10% of the perfume has been used, the return will unfortunately not be eligible.

  To ensure a smooth return and exchange process, please follow our return checklist to make sure the product meets our return guidelines:

  • Cellophane – Rs. 50
  • Box – Rs. 100
  • Perfume Usage (Up to 10%) – Rs. 200
