Step 2. Complete the Library Program Application.

Step 3. Submit the completed program application for review. If you prefer a print form, please contact a library staff member at 781-665-2313.

Step 4. Your application will be reviewed by the appropriate senior staff member(s): Mary Claire O'Donnell (Children’s Programs), Amanda Roberts (Young Adult Programs), or Erin Lewis (Adult Programs).

Please understand that it is not possible to accommodate all individuals/groups interested in developing a library program. Programs will be approved based on the needs of the library and the guidelines set forth in the Program Policy, and a response will be given within 4 weeks. You may be asked for more information or clarification of your program request.

Step 5. If your application is approved the appropriate senior staff member will confirm the details of the program with you, including an agreed upon date, publicity and any additional details.
