2025 - 2026 PC READS Consultation Request
At PC READS, we strive to provide a personalized experience for families. Completing this short form is the first step to being put in touch with a PC READS Advocate Team Member who will set up either a phone call consultation or in-person meeting at our office (1700 Park Ave, Suite 2008) to learn more about your student and provide you with "next steps."

Assisting families often includes reviewing our Professional Resources List, explaining school procedures and services, and reviewing and revising IEP goals and 504 accommodation plans. Our Advocate Team can also provide a dyslexia screening.
 
Should you not hear from us within two weeks, please email Molly Dillon at molly@pcreads.org.  Please note that we also follow the PCSD school calendar, so response time may be delayed during school breaks.
