EN - This form allows us to collect datas from delegates interested in the ‘Conference’ fare offered by Eurostar. Eurostar offers discounts of up to 15% off the ticket price. This fare is available at all festival access points (Germany, France, United Kingdom, Netherlands). The Conference fare is valid 7 days before and 7 days after the official start and end dates of the festival (24 and 28 June 2026). The festival team will add your email address to the guest list on our Eurostar account. You will then receive an automatic message giving you access to the reduced fare. Please note you have 5 days to accept the invitation before it expires. After that, the festival team will not be involved. You must book your ticket individually and pay with your credit card.
