Application | oikos LEAP Advanced 2021

This application form is to apply for the LEAP Advanced Track 2021. This program helps you develop yourself further and regularly reflect with Input Talks, Workshops, Reflections, Peer Groups, Facilitating Micro LEAPs, and 1:1 Coaching.
Every oikos member (active and alumni) can apply to this 9-month journey, going from March to December 2021.

Please take your time to answer the questions thoroughly. Participants for the Advanced Track will be chosen solely based on their answers in this questionnaire and their commitment to their chapter or organisation.
We estimate that it will take about 30min to answer all questions.

oikos LEAP is designed to inspire young leaders to become more responsible and sustainable in their decision making and equip them with insights, knowledge, and tools to do so.
oikos LEAP challenges participants to reflect on themselves and their values. Whilst adopting and sharing the lessons learnt in their chapters, participants practice sustainable leadership. The result is strengthened chapter performance and greater impact in line with the oikos mission. These basics will, moreover, accompany participants throughout their lives and result in change towards sustainability.
