Dear Grads, 

thank you for your desire to serve at our 2026 Summer Intensive! The event starts at 6:15pm with registration starting at 5:30pm. Some roles (check-in & registration, hospitality) require you to be there early.

Intercessory Prayer (Perimeter prayer each day before the event)

Hospitality (Setup snacks) (arrive by 5:00 pm)

Hospitality (Pickup and setup coffee) (arrive by 5:00 pm)

Hospitality (clean up snack & coffee tables) 

Parking Lot Guides (direct parking, potentially help people cross Goshen Road from the St. John Neumann parking lot) (be there by 5:30pm)

Greeter (greet people at the door and direct them to the check-in or registration tables)

Materials Table (man a table in the gym to give participants their folders) (primary need is Monday)

Spanish Translation (we have handful of participants asking for Spanish translation, if you speak Spanish, please consider helping in this role)

Cleanup (at the end of the night, help collect water bottles, etc. and put in trash) (Note, Wed night will have an extended prayer ministry time, so it will be a late night)

Prayer Ministry (pray for physical healing Wed night. Must be an ESM graduate in good standing with the Encounter DC team)
