The Pride Center of Vermont's Transgender Program offers a variety of different support and social groups for folks within the transgender, gender non-conforming, nonbinary communities, as well as folks with loved ones, family, and/or friends who are part of the transgender, gender non-conforming, and nonbinary communities. Below you will find all of the groups that are being offered with a short description of each group and and relevant information about meetings. If you are interested in joining the email list of any of the groups so you receive updates from the group facilitators, please check the group below.

What group are you interested in joining? (Check all that apply)

Trans and Gender Non Conforming (GNC) Support Group: 1st (virtual offering) and 3rd (in person @ Pride Center) Wednesday of the month from 6-7:30pm. Trans, GNC, nonbinary, agender, intersex Vermonters at all stages of their gender journey come together to socialize, discuss issues that are coming up in their lives, and build community.

Trans Masc Support Group: 3rd Wednesday of the month from 6-7:30p in person at the Pride Center of Vermont, facilitated by Sad Bolger this group is an affinity space for Trans Masculine identifying or similarly aligned folks.

Pondering Gender and Sexuality (PGS): 2nd Sunday and 4th Tuesday of the month from 1-2:30pm. Pondering Gender and Sexuality is a facilitated mutual support group for folks of any identity (whether fully formed or a work in progress) who want to engage in meaningful conversations about gender, sexuality and sexual orientation, and/or the coming out process. Discussions can range from the personal to the philosophical and beyond as we work together to create a compassionate, safe and courageous space to explore our experiences.

Pride Partners: 2nd Monday of the month from 6:30-8pm. Pride Partners is a group for partners of trans & GNC people who would like support regarding their partner’s transition, the challenges that come up for both partners, and how best to be there for their trans partner.
