Somneuro Lab Research Assistant Application
Faculty Advisor: Dr. Rebecca Spencer.

Thank you for your interest in our lab! Our Undergraduate Research Assistants play a key role in our research, and this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a research setting. Our research is focused on sleep and memory across the lifespan, and we are currently studying infants, preschool-age children, young adults, and older adults using a variety of techniques.

Please note that while we accept applications on a rolling basis, we typically do not know how many spots will be available for the academic year until the month before the start of the fall and spring semesters, at which time we will start reaching out to candidates for interviews. Additionally, while we do our best to match RAs with projects relevant to their interests, assignment to a study is also based on your schedule and availability.

If you have any questions about the status of your application with us, please send an email to sclaire@umass.edu
