WPC Building Use Form
Outside Groups

All event requests must be submitted one month prior to event to ensure that custodial staffing can be arranged. Please read the WPC Building Use/Policy Agreement forms and fee schedule before submitting request.

1. Fill out "Building Date Request Form" form online (below) to determine availability.
2. A church staff member will contact you with 72 hours about the availability of space requested. (Church calendar is accessible under link "what's happening" on website). If available the Building Use/Policy Forms will need to be filled out. (link below)
3. Event will be placed on Consent Agenda for Session approval (Session meets every fourth Tuesday).
4. Following the Session meeting, a member of the church staff will book event and contact person/organization to arrange details.
