All event requests must be submitted one month prior to event to ensure that custodial staffing can be arranged. Please read the WPC Building Use/Policy Agreement forms and fee schedule before submitting request.
1. Fill out "Building Date Request Form" form online (below) to determine availability.2. A church staff member will contact you with 72 hours about the availability of space requested. (Church calendar is accessible under link "what's happening" on website). If available the Building Use/Policy Forms will need to be filled out. (link below)3. Event will be placed on Consent Agenda for Session approval (Session meets every fourth Tuesday).4. Following the Session meeting, a member of the church staff will book event and contact person/organization to arrange details.
