Space Request Form
We are happy to make our facilities available for various community and/or private events. If you are interested in hosting an event at our facility, please fill out the following form to make your request. Once we have reviewed your inquiry, we will contact you to confirm the date/time and let you know the cost to host your event. In order to contract the approved date you will need to make a $50 non-refundable deposit.
